IdentCeram Certificates
IdentCeram Certificates have 2 parts. One section is for the lab to retain with their case records. The second section goes with the case to the dentist and is retained in their patient records as a record of the material used in the prosthesis. The IdentCeram certificate is also useful in supporting insurance claims.
Each ceramic material in the IdentCeram program carries an identification symbol noting the specific category of ceramic material to which it belongs. These categories reflect differences in composition. Only Ceramic materials in the IdentCeram Program are permitted to use these symbols.
IdentCeram Certificates presents an additional benefit, a visible, certified message of added value, from manufacturer to lab to dentist to patient, that says you insist on a validated, quality product for your prostheses.
