How much do IdentAlloy/IdentCeram certificates cost?
Participating manufacturers supply them to the laboratory at no charge.

Are IdentAlloy certificates mandated by the ADA or FDA?
No. The IdentAlloy/IdentCeram program is a voluntary identification and certification program to help dentist and patients choose and track the best materials for each case.

What is the IdentAlloy/IdentCeram Council?
The IdentAlloy/IdentCeram Council is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the use of quality dental materials through education of labs, dentists, and patients. IdentAlloy/IdentCeram provides a cost effective way to track and record dental materials used in individual dental restorations.

How does a lab go about becoming a participant?
The lab simply requests IdentAlloy/IdentCeram labels from any participating manufacturer. Most alloy companies operating in the USA participate in the IdentAlloy program, and a growing number of Ceramic companies participate.

I’m a manufacturer and I would like to participate. How do I become part of IdentAlloy/IdentCeram?

Can I buy Alloy Products or Ceramic materials from IdentAlloy/IdentCeram?
No. Identalloy/IdentCeram offers documentation, certification only. Contact participating companies directly for product specs, pricing and purchasing information.
