IdentAlloy Certificates

IdentAlloy Certificates have 2 parts. One section is for the lab to retain with their case records. The second section goes with the case to the dentist and is retained in their patient records as a record of the material used in the prosthesis. The Identalloy certificate is also useful in supporting insurance claims.

Each alloy in the IdentAlloy program carries an identification symbol noting the specific alloy category as established by the ADA Council on Dental Materials, instruments and Equipment in 1984. These categories reflect differences in composition, as indicated below. Only alloys in the IdentAlloy Program are permitted to use these symbols.

IdentAlloy Certificates present an additional benefit, a visible, certified message of added value, from manufacturer to lab to dentist to patient, that says you insist on a validated, quality product for your prostheses. With IdentAlloy Certificates, you can be sure the quality of your materials is equal to the quality of your dental work.
